OBJECTIVE
This programme provides participants with the strategic knowledge and techniques needed to manage Talent Development functions effectively in achieving orgnaisation's long term business goals

The programme also serves as an excellent forum for participants to obtain wider insight into the broad spectrum encompassing Talent Development.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Professional Certification in HR Management from MIHRM or its equivalent, with working experience in the area of Talent Development OR
-
Possess a Degree in any discipline from a recognised University, with at least a year of working experience at the executive level in the area of Talent Development OR
-
Practising human resource professionals/practitioners at an executive level and above for more than 3 years in the area of Talent Development OR
-
Individuals who are interested in acquiring in-depth knowledge of Talent Development and who are considered suitable by the Program Director.
AWARD OF CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be accorded recognition as:​

“CERTIFIED TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER” by MIHRM.

The programme would be conducted in English Language and therefore proficiency in that language is essential.
The training will be delivered through face-to-face classroom sessions with a strong emphasis on practical application. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, scenario planning, simulations, case studies, and group discussions. These experiential activities are designed to encourage active participation and enable participants to apply key concepts directly to real workplace situations.
