OBJECTIVE

This Professional course provides comprehensive training in Human Resource Management. This course equips the  with appropriate knowledge, skills and techniques to perform Human Resource functions and responsibilities in an organisation. The course has been endorsed by MIHRM National HR Leaders of Malaysia and past graduates who have attained progressive careers in the industry.

ADMISSION

At least 1 year of working experience in the HR field, particularly in Human Resource/ Administration functions with minimum SPM/MCE or any Degree in the Human Resource Field

AWARD OF CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be conferred the dual certifications:

  • Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management.

  • "CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER".

This programme is conducted in English.

The training will be delivered through face-to-face classroom sessions with a strong emphasis on practical application. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, scenario planning, simulations, case studies, and group discussions. These experiential activities are designed to encourage active participation and enable participants to apply key concepts directly to real workplace situations.

ASSESSMENT

100% Assessment Based.
There will be an assessment test upon completion of each module.
